Bespoke Auto Collection is the trade name (DBA) of BESPOKEAUTOCOLLECTION LLC (“Bespoke Auto Collection,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We operate this website and sell pre-owned vehicles from 403 Riverside Ave, Roseville, CA 95678.

Information we collect

Information you submit through our forms — vehicle inquiries, financing interest, sell or trade-in requests, and general contact — including your name, phone number, email address, preferred contact method, and any message or vehicle details you include.

For sell or trade-in requests, we may also collect details about your vehicle, such as year, make, model, mileage, VIN, condition, title status, and whether there is a loan on it.

Limited technical information needed to operate and secure the site, such as your IP address and the page you submitted a form from.

Financial information (kept off this website)

We do NOT collect sensitive financial information — such as your Social Security number, driver’s license number, or income — on this website. If you choose to apply for financing, that information is entered directly into our financing partner’s secure credit application (DealerCenter) and is not collected or stored by this website.

If you complete a purchase or financing with us, you may receive a separate financial privacy notice describing how financial information is handled under applicable law (such as the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act).

These include our dealership management and CRM system (DealerCenter, a service of Nowcom LLC); our email-delivery provider (Resend); our website hosting and database providers (Vercel and Supabase); and, only if you choose to apply for financing, third-party lenders and our financing platform.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, safety, or property, or in connection with a business sale or transfer.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

How long we keep your information

We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to assist you and to meet our legal, tax, and business record-keeping obligations, and then we delete or de-identify it. Records tied to a purchase or financing may be kept longer where the law requires.
